Proxy Temple Ordinance Work complted prior to death

This is in regard to Dorothy A Noyes L5T7-RC6

It appears proxy temple ordinance work was completed for her prior to her death. If this is the case, this work would be invalid and would need to be removed.

Would you please forward this to the proper place in order for this to happen.
