Proxy temple ordinance work completed prior to death

This is in regard to Carolyn Orpha Ranger MC3T-ZVJ.
It appears proxy ordinance work was completed for her prior to her death. This would make this work invalid and it would need to be cancelled.
Would you please forward this matter to the proper place so this can occur.
