Hello,

I am having issues with reserving ordinances work for two people:

Donna Strickler LKYH-F3V

Dorla Joann Null LJRN-256

both are great aunts of mine. they have no living close relatives. parents, siblings and spouses are all deceased. neither aunt had any children. I have tried to request their ordinances through the family search, but each time I receive an error stating it cannot be completed. I have tried to clear cookies, utilize other browsers and alternate computers and the app. Still unsuccessful. I would appreciate any and all help resolving this issue so I can do their temple work for them.

thank you,

Abigail Garrett

@Abigail117, if you are the nearest living relative, you should be able to click on Request Permission, and then I Have Permission. Fill in the appropriate information and proceed from there.
