Ordinances performed for wrong sex

Hello.

Ordinances were performed for the following person, as a male. However, a view of the christening record does not indicate the sex, either as male or female. There was a female child with the "same" name, who later married and had children and is otherwise well documented as a female. Please invalidate the ordinances performed for the male:

Francis Green

Male

6 May 1872 – Deceased • MM54-Q4Z

Here is the female:

Frances Green

Female

6 May 1872 – 20 August 1953 • 9VH4-Q9B

The image of the christening record is attached for your reference.
