Don't like the program choosing the "Source" for me, always use "Change Focus Person" box.

I have had the program choose the wrong person for me, so to be safe, I always use the "Change Focus Person" box in the source-linker.

Like it when I see this screen where it shows the name, or shows the box where you can paste in the identification number.
