Permission to do an ordinance

I am asking permission to do George Walter Hoyle's work G9YBV51, he gave me permission to do his wife and to do what was necessary to seal them for time and all eternity. This letter should be on file.

He was estranged from his children for over 30 years from what he told me. I was his power of attorney since 2014 and now I am his personal representative for his estate. Thank you and please advise.
