Temple ordinance question

I'm sorry to ask this in general questions but I could find a place to ask in the temple link. My son-in-law has given me permission to do his family's work for those that are dead. I have his letter but I'm not sure what to do with it now so I can start getting the work done.

He is in our family tree as well as those I want to do the work for.

Those that we are starting with is

Anette R Rasmussen, his mom GVX5RW7

Mathew David Risher, his brother GVX5XPQ

His maternal grandparents Arne Rasmussen GVX5VK8 and Edel GVX5J9K

Can you please help me?
