temple ordinances for a friend

We would like to perform the temple ordinances for a close friend. She has no living spouse or siblings, and she has no children.

My life lived with her and her husband as their daughter during the 1960's and 1970's.

The name is Colette Oostvogels GJLR-ZD8

There is nobody closer to her than us.
