Hi @zwoolley. I can assure you that the response you got from DMS1737 is definitely not automated. Since things posted in the community are public and therefore searchable, most discussion regarding temple ordinance requests are done via private message. If you truly wish to resolve your situation, you may want to see what has been said in those messages.

Beginning Monday, April 10th the temple category will only be viewable to Church members who must be logged into their member account to see it.
