Hi @FLQR. This is a relatively new feature so there may still be bugs being worked out. On the editable image you listed (second link) there is a feedback tab, usually on the left hand side. Click on the tab and choose an emoji. Then you can enter the inconsistency of what is displayed on each page in the box below the emojis and click submit.

From the lack of another earlier response, this item should have been also assigned as a placename standardization issue.
