If a female is in the Catholic church and goes by Sister so and so but her birth name is in the alternate name field, which name should be in the Vital section? Hope this makes sense. Should her work be done under her biological name or her religious name?

I have a number of cousins who were Roman Catholic nuns. I use the name they were baptized, in the vitals section, and the religious name in the Alternate name section.
