Ordinances attached to an incorrect PID LZ67-8KR

Hi,

I am trying to untangle early ordinances with family records. There was a merge for a John Chambers born 1760 in Siston, Gloucestershire, England with a John William Chambers LZ67-8KR in Virginia.

I have been unable to find an IGI PID of M1VZ-BL7 for John Chambers born in England. The ordinances attached to John William Chambers in Virginia belong to the John Chambers born in England.

I am not sure how to untangle the ordinances.
