Hello,

I am requesting to perform ordinances for my cousin Jeffrey Aholo Apaka GDBD-6L6. He just passed the one-year mark of his passing. He has no children, never married, and both parents are deceased. His aunts, uncles, and grandparents have all passed. Here is his obituary, https://www.waikikicommunitycenter.org/jeffapaka. He is gay and was not interested in joining the church during his life but his greatest desire was to be reunited with his father and I ministered to him in his final struggle with cancer prior to his death regarding eternal families. If it is appropriate, we would love to perform his temple work to grant his wish to be sealed to his family. If not, we can wait until the appropriate time.

Thank you
