Jan Venema K2YY-TG3 incorrectly listed as father to a child

Jan Venema Male 4 June 1885 – 16 January 1886 K2YY-TG3 was, back in 2021, incorrectly listed as father to a child. The mother to that child was listed as a sister to Jan. Jan died at age 7 months. We deleted the incorrect parent-child relationship, and now the record for Jan, and for his sister, do not list that incorrect child in their Family Members, but they both still list an incorrect Sealing to Spouse with the note: These people do not have a couple relationship but are the parents of a child. How do we eliminate that incorrect Sealing to Spouse? We've tried all manner of things to eliminate that SS, but have not been successful.

Thank you Bryan. I checked the ordinances for Jan, and they now look OK. However, his sister, Seike, is still reporting an incorrect SS to Jan, because of an incorrectly shared child. Is there anything we can do to resolve such problems, or do we have to submit these problems for possible escalation?
