Bap and Conf ordinance needed but other ordinances are finished

I have 2 names I found in my line that have Int. and Endowments but the Bap and Conf are not. These 2 people are children in the same family.

Should I really need to redo the ordinances again? They must have been done.

I am attaching a screen shot of both.
