Want to print an ordinance but it says there's a duplicate when there's not

I'm trying to help someone print a card for sealing her grandmother to her grandfather but when she clicks the ordinance, it says there is a potential duplicate that must be resolved. However, she already merged the only potential duplicate for the record. No more potential duplicates are showing. How can we get this cleared up?

I'm a branch Family History consultant, but am only an intermediate level user.

Thanks!

I'm just another FS patron, like yourself. So I only have a suggestion for you. Have you looked at both the husband & the wife to see if either of them show a possible duplicate?

As LAHS6 has suggested, it is most likely the spouse that has a duplicate.
