I am working on a batch from this project. It appears that the records may be a Grantor Index. The instructions for the project have no examples of this type of document. Should I index it or mark it "no extractable data"? Thanks

    Based on these project instructions

    • Any documents which are not deed or land records should be marked No, No Extractable Data.

Some of these in your batch could just be a Grantor index but 2 of those images look like they need to be indexed to me. There are dates and grantee info. If you are just not sure what to do, you can always return the batch.
