Sealings available before prior ordinances completed

Hello, we noticed that the sealing ordinances are available to request and print out/perform before prior ordinances should be completed, such as baptism, confirmation, initiatory, and endowment. It seems like it is an issue because it needs to be done in order. Just sharing feedback, thanks.
