There are four images for the same will (it is very clear that they are in order and for the same person). Do I only make one entry for one of the pages and consolidate information into that one entry and mark the rest as "no extractable data" or "duplicate", or do I only index the information that is specifically on that page and make multiple incomplete entries?

    Thanks for sharing your batch.

The pop-up instruction should clear up the confusion:

Some documents may continue across multiple images. Index the information on the first page of a probate record or will, using additional information from the following images. When all available fields have been indexed, the other images should be marked in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data.

Also the project instruction's example 2 shows how to index a 3 page will, by entering the data on the first entry by using information from the other pages and then marking them No, No Extractable Data. The project instructions can be pulled up anytime by clicking on the last icon in the toolbar, or the Help menu.

You may even need to click on the reference images and make sure that there is no more information for Mr Kent on the next batches. You would include any pertinent information with your 1st entry too if you come across anything - like maybe a death date. These can be very complicated projects.

Since the field helps tell us to index the name variations, you would index the given name as E K or Edmund Kent (gathering the full name from the second page, etc.) . You may even need to click on the reference images and make sure that there is no more information for Mr Kent on the next batches. You would include it with your 1st entry too if you come across anything that is being indexed.
