    Hi Joan - Welcome to FamilySearch Community and asking your question about ordinances for a friend. Below is a link to the instructions. The most important thing is that you must have written permission from a close living relative which is a parent, siblings, undivorced spouse, or child. If that is not possible, permission cannot be granted. (see instructions). Thanks.

    I do have permission to do my friends work, Erica Nicole Valenzuela LRY5-G5P from her son. What do I do next? I have an email he sent me. Please inform me of the next step.
