Arthur Madsen Frandsen not marked BIC
in Temple
Arthur Madsen Frandsen [MWV9-4TW] is the son of Peter Frandsen [KWCV-198] and Edna Madsen [KWCV-19D]. Peter and Edna were sealed (while living) in the Salt Lake City Temple on 16 October 1907. Arthur's brothers, Ivan [KWCW-4WB] and Ray [KWCQ-4QQ], are marked BIC, but Arthur is not. Can this correction be made to his record?
