I am requesting permission to do the temple ordinances for my dear friend, Billy Kay Holopoff. His FamilySearch PID number is G6B3-7BZ.

My name is Kenneth Allen Coombs.

Before Billy Kay passed away, he made me promise that I would make sure that his temple work was done for him. His wife and children are all in agreement and support of having Billy Kay's temple work done but none of them are members yet.

I have attached a copy of the written letter from Billy Kay's wife, giving permission for me to do the temple ordinances.

The wife's cellphone number has been changed but I am working on getting current contact information for her.

Please let me know what I need to do next.

Beginning Monday, April 10th the temple category will only be viewable to Church members who must be logged into their member account to see it.
