I am assuming that the parents were not married? Just don't add a marriage date leave it blank it will state no marriage events, but you can add the child, showing both parents. Also you could put in note( which is at the right hand side) that the parents never married. Hope this helps

You can add as many sets of parents as is informational. There is no requirement for marriage, indeed, one parent can be married to someone and the other parent can be married to a completely different spouse. Other sets of parents can be added if they are adoptive or perhaps foster. I have an adopted relative and she has 3 sets of parents: birth dad and his spouse, birth mom and her spouse, and adoptive parents. Since I am working on the family history of this relative, I switch the preferred parents back and forth, depending on whose line I want to see in a pedigree view.

Kerryanne has provided the answer that possibly applies to your example, although the fact that "No Marriage Events" is clearly shown under the parents' names (when viewing the Details page of either parent) in such cases makes me doubt this.
Are you perhaps talking about how to add a child to Family Tree when the parents were not married, or the father / mother is unknown?
There are plenty of instances of these types of relationship, for which you can add the child's name according to circumstances. For example, it is usual to add a child under both (known) parents if it is known they were in some kind of relationship - whether that involved a formal marriage ceremony or not. However, even if both parents are known, you can add the child to each parent separately - using the "Add Child With an Unknown Mother" or "Add Child With an Unknown Father" options, Okay, strictly speaking, you might know the the father's name if, say, the birth followed a brief liaison - but you could still add a child in this way (under the separate parents) if you did not feel there had been any "meaningful" relationship between them.
For some reason, there is not a "No Marriage" option under "Facts" in the "Marriage Relationship" section. True, "No Marriage Events" shows on the person's Details page as a default (where no event is added), but I take this to mean that no marriage event has yet been discovered, rather than there was definitely never a marriage ceremony.
However, to indicate there was "no marriage", add this in the "Other Information" area, under "Facts". The "No Couple Relationships" option would not necessarily be appropriate (in cases when there was a relationship, just no marriage), so add a "Custom Fact" headed "Parents not married" (against the child's profile). It becomes more complicated for the parents themselves, as they might have some children born to a partner who they did marry and others to a partner to whom there was no marriage! So you would have to create a "Custom Fact" and head it appropriately, along with the added notes.
I have probably unnecessarily complicated the issue for your example, but as you haven't spelled out the circumstances clearly, I have just tried to illustrate there are multiple ways of dealing with your basic question, unless you can clarify the exact circumstances behind, "How to state no marriage and add child".
If your question has not been answered here, please explain if your actual problem involves the issue of the manner in which to add a child (with unmarried parents), or how to just indicate the parents never married?
