Temple ordinance became invalid

The family surname unfortuately is ****. I had it spelt Basstard. Since someone changed it to ****, all ordinance work has gone from submitted to the Temple file by my hasband, Greg Sharp, to a yellow box stating, 'This person's name contains one or more invalid words.'

These are the following names that have been affected by the change. Could you please clear this surname as valid so the Temple work can continue? With much thanks.

Robert William GSMY-5DD, John Henry KK79-7LF, Mary Susannah GSMY-R5Q, Elizabeth Ann GSMY-TRS, Rebecca Charlotte GSMY-TRY, Agness G4X8-1M9, Beatrice Alice L66T-Y7G, Rose Anna GSMY-Y1J.

Also, the next generation back, William's father: Samuel **** 9HSN-GNF and siblings: Mary Ann 9HSN-GNS, John G48Y-8XX, Elizabeth GSMB-5K5, Charlotte GSMB-GXK.

Hello there, Beatrice Alice **** is my father's Grandmother on his mothers side. His mother being Violet Elizabeth Knights and his Grandfather being Charles Edmund Knights (Beatrice's Husband). My father Cyril Barrell is still alive and will be 99 in March this year.

Beatrice's maiden name is definitely spelt ****.
