What happened to the baptism and confirmation

His baptism and confirmation are currently reserved and shared with the temple but his Initiatory and Endowment were completed in 2007 and 2008. What happened to the Baptism and Confirmation that were done prior to the Initiatory and Endowment?

Please forward my question to data admin so they can look into this record. Since the work was done prior to 2012, I have no way to look for a possible duplicate or other error that has caused his baptism and confirmation to disappear.
