Unreserved and now it says "Permission to request these ordinance is being reviewed."
I am trying to have the temple work done for my Uncle (L1TT-8QX). I had previously requested permission and I had been given access and the ability to reserve the ordinances.
However, today I was trying to unreserve it so that my cousin could reserve it and when I did that, it has now gone back to having the button saying "request" and when I click on it,
It tells me "Permission to request these ordinances is being reviewed." I don't understand this, because permission was already received and I had already reserved these ordinances, so it doesn't make sense why it is saying that to me.
I really want to get his work done as soon as possible so please let me know what we need to do to have his record unlocked so that I or another of my family members can reserve it again.

The Request button is normal, as it means that you are giving up the name temporarily for you or someone else to do the ordinances. It is also normal that you have to request permission again after your cousin did the work, as your Uncle falls within the 110 year rule.
As long as you or your cousin have the request being reviewed, you'll be able to get your Uncle done as soon as they approve of the request.
