This is available on MY Heritage. But is it an extra cost or does this feature come with the Church subscription we have?

Thanks. I have tried for myself and others in my family have tried from their registeration and it will not work. And I cannot even reach My Heritage to inquire. Can you get me any way to contact My Heritage or Family Search to get this fixed Thanks

I have a basic church-linked account. I logged into My Heritage and tried to upload some photos to play with. Initially it would not let me, so I clicked around and looked at my settings and my purchases. I have absolutely no idea what happened (because I did not change anything), but when I went back to Photos, it let me upload and use the enhancements and colorization.
If nothing else, you may want to check out the Help section in the right top corner. They have a help center and a place to contact them.
I still get the same problem. When I click to load a photo it appears for a few seconds then MY Heritage just switches to the "You pay" view. I cannot get help from My Heritage. Famly Search needs to let us know if we need to pay $$ to My Heritage for that feature or if it should come with the Church subscription. I hae found another website that will colorize for $9.00 to do 60 photos. Thanks, Ken Oler
Have you verified that your subscription is still active in the partner access? You can go to the Partner Access page or check in your account Settings>Permissions. These article may help if my ramblings don't make sense.

I am sorry you are still experiencing difficulties with this. As I say, mine worked and I only have a Church linked partner access account.
You may wish to contact My Heritage. Click on the Help button near the top right of your My Heritage page. The third dropdown is Contact Us. Click that and scroll down to the free telephone number for your area.
