I have written permission from the wife of a deseased husband to do his work.
I sent a picture of the permission slip to the temple and somehow I couldn't bring up the cards to be printed. His name is Lynn Edward Adams. His ID number in family search is KWH8-59K. His wife is in an assisted living establishment.
