We are requesting to do ordinance work for Anna Matilda Casperson Williams GV3B-WW1. I have submitted the signed form from the adult daughter and will be happy to do so again. She is not a relative but is the best friend of my deceased mother-in-law. Please let me know the next step.

This is ridiculous, this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that permission to do ordinance work for the wrong person has been sent to me! Last time I was advised to remove my phone number from leave a comment, as it is personal information. What about the personal information about others that you are sharing with me? My request for permission to do ordinance work for a friend is still not answered. I am frustrated, would someone please call me to get these mistakes resolved? What is going on at your end? Thank you.
