Permission to do ordinances
To Whom It May Concern:
I have obtained permission from a close friend to perform the proxy temple work for her deceased husband, neither of whom were members of the Church. In the process of setting up the individual profile for him in Family Search I came to an impasse when trying to reserve his proxy temple ordinances with an error message which indicated that I was not able to reserve those ordinances because I'm not related to him. However, after contacting the Family Search Help Line, I was redirected here work one-on-one with a moderator to help me prepare the temple cards.
The Family Tree ID of the person for whom I would like to perform the temple ordinances is: GV98-69G
The full name of the person for whom I would like to perform the temple ordinances is: Michael LoVuolo
The name of the person who gave permission and that person's relationship to the deceased:
[removed] spouse.
If you could provide me with further instructions or any other guidance that would help me to facilitate the sacred temple work for my friend's deceased husband, that would be very much appreciated.
Thank you!

HI Jeff, and welcome to the community.
Someone will get back with you about the temple work but I wanted you to know that I removed some of the info you provided for the privacy of both you and Michael's wife. For more information, please see the Code of Conduct.
