Sealing to parents information

William Henry Reynolds KWCB-N3D has a sealing to parents ordinance completed in 1884. The details of who he was sealed to are not listed. Is there a way to figure out the details of this so a duplicate ordinance can be avoided? Would I have to go to special collections in Salt Lake in person to get this info?

I can understand why sealing to parents ordinance information is restricted for people who are still living, but why is it restricted for records from almost 140 years ago when everyone involved is long dead?

Thanks, but I am wondering if it is possible to recover the information about this specific ordinance. I understand that I can do additional sealings and they will be valid but I want to know who he was sealed to in his lifetime to compare to other information available on this person.
