My Reservation List of Temple Ordinances

I've been trying to audit my reservation list because I suspect that some of the ordinances that note "Printed", for one reason or another, I don't actually have the cards printed and distributed to family members. It is probably because the card has been misplaced or I missed noting it in my files. I would like to be able to print the entire list of my temple reservations, listing the ordinances, expire date and relative information in a compact list so as not to waste too much paper. I cannot see any option that will help me with that and wondered if it was possible to offer that. Thanks!
