Temple ordinances may already be complete

Mary Ann Cresswell GHX9-HBY probably had her ordinance work done in life. She died in Utah in the early 1900s and other contributors state that she was a convert and had her temple work done in her lifetime. Proxy ordinances have been recorded for her in the last year, and more are under reservation. How do we determine if the work has already been done and ensure the ordinance information is correctly displayed on FamilySearch? It does not look like there is a duplicate account.
