What happens to the Ordinance once it has been shared with the Temple?

What happens to the Ordinance once it has been shared with the Temple, and then reserved by someone; however, the ordinance was not completed in the 120 day time period? Does the ordinance go back into the temple shared file of the person who originally shared it or does it go directly to the temples for patrons to complete who did not bring an ordinance card to the temple?

It will go back to the same queue it was in after the reserve period starts up again.
