printing problems with familyserch.org
My printer is a new HP printer and an engineer has told me my problem with printing has nothing to do with my printer but is a fault of website . Everytime I press to print a certificate it does not move onto printing stage when yo press print button . All other sites ( when printing ) a message comes up saying 1 or 2 pages and then you press print button . I get a message telling me things are unresponsive and do I want to exit or wait . I am fed up of this problem and would appreciate someone's help !!!

When you click the print option. Check at the top of the print field where is says printer, to make sure that it is showing your printer. Not Fax or an old printer. Hope this helps.

can you clarify what you mean by "print a certificate"?
what page is that on?
