Ordinances reserved since July 2022

I shared the B&C of https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/ordinances/G8FP-S6B with the temple September 2021, hoping that the B&C would be completed. The shared ordinances were reserved July 2022.

I would like to get her Initiatory and Endowment completed. I have contacted the person who reserved the ordinances via FS messaging and through email, but no response as to when the B&C will be completed.

Is there any other way I can get the B&C back so I can have the YW in my ward complete the B&C?
