Why isn't the new 'search all' included with the 'search' pull-down menu at the top of the home page instead of off to the side and down the page?
Suggestion: add a hover message over the search pull-down items, PLEASE.

@LoForteVictor3 It was a design decision to have the All Collections Search on the Home Page only. The Search menu lets you search all the same record sets, but not all at once. You can recommend that a Search All search feature be added to the Search menu from the Suggest an Idea area of Community.
