How do I print the name card when all ordinances are complete?

Our temple does not return the name card folowing completion of ordinances. The name card can be printed from the reserve list only if there are still ordinances to be done. How can the name card be printed if all ordinances are complete?

The Completed list does not bring up a name card and only shows the last ordinance completed. The ordinances shown on the person's page can't be printed.

Thank you

At this point you cannot print a completed card. If you go to a person's ordinance page and your use your browser's print command, depending on the browser you can get quite a nice print out of the ordinances:

(Turn off the Print Backgrounds function or the entire page is grey).

@billsronaldhoward you get to your temple list on the web version of FamilySearch by clicking on the word Temple in the main menu bar. If you don't see that, then go into your settings and check if the setting to show or hide temple information has been set to hide.
