I'm looking at a transcription of 1700s Delaware Presbyterian baptism records. Each line has the child & parents name and then either "C.S", "I.R", "L.", or "R.". Does anyone know what these acronyms stand for?

here is an example: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS3J-8ZBK?i=635&cc=2787818

This probably doesn’t answer your question but I found this fantastically informative info that was complied by WPA about Delaware Church Records

Overall Record Set is for Lewes Presbyterian Church, Lewes, DE, 1737-1856 (see image 580). It appears from the adjacent records that these are place-names in the vicinity of Lewes, DE. Marginal Note on image 599 provides the definitions: I.R = Indian River; C. S. = Coolspring; L. =Lewes; R = Rehoboth.
