Increase temple attendance in a ward

Two weeks ago I heard my Stake President encourage us to flood the temple in preparation for the upcoming Stake Conference.

In our ward, it is a combined effort of the Temple & Family History Leader, the consultants, the Bishop, & the Elders Quorum counselor assigned. The T&FH leader comes up with ideas & then talks them over with the others. Then the idea is implemented. Everyone else supports the idea by talking about it within their groups, participating, announcing, etc. We have a set 3 month rotating schedule for attending the temple & for setting group appointments.
