missing baptism

Hello,

I was surprised to see missing baptism and confirmation for Archibald Mcdonald LLSF-2JN when his other ordinances have been completed. I fairly certain I had those ordinances completed by my son, and I'm fairly certain I would have made sure the baptism/confirmation were completed first. Can you see any other information about this to verify if the ordinances have been completed?
