How to correct not showing born under covenant?

My uncle KW85-3H7 was born under the covenant but now showing on his ordinance page. His older brother and sister were both born under the covenant. their parents were sealed in 1917, long before he was born.

    My Grandmother and Grandfather George Q moss and Veda Moss were married in the temple in 1926 Their son Marin Moss was born in 1930 and should be born in the covenant. Could you check the records please and see if this can be corrected. All of the other siblings were BIC as well.
