I have permission to act as proxy for a friend to complete the endowment. How do I prepare the ordinance card?

Hi Peter Welcome to FamilySearch Community and asking your question about an ordinance card for a friend. We assume you need to reserve the ordinances and then print a card. Doing ordinances for a friend require permission from a close living relative but also permission from the church. Here is a link to the procedures you need to follow in order to reserve the ordinances. If by chance, someone else has reserved the ordinances, then they can just share the card with you.
