Permission to do ordinances

I would like to complete temple work for my friend's mother and his wife. Both his mother and wife are deceased. My friend gave me written signed permission that I have attached to complete this temple work. We intended to complete the ordinances on Friday 27 Jan 2023 at 4pm. We have already scheduled appointments with the temple. We have extended family flying into town for this.
