Hi Audrey - Welcome to Family Search Community and asking your question about ordinances for your father. It is not possible for you to add ordinances to family search. In the case of your father, apparently his death has not been recorded on his membership record by a ward clerk. If it had been recorded, there would be a record in family search with his ordinance information. In order for his death to be recorded on his membership record we will need his name, his Family Search ID, and some proof of death. Proof of death can be a death certificate, obituary, funeral program and others. You can just add the proof of death source to his record in family search and supply us with his name and ID. Alternatively, you can contact the ward clerk in the ward where his records are and have the ward clerk enter the death information. Once his death is properly recorded on his membership record, a new record will be in family search with his ordinance information displayed. Hope this helps.
