Does the FHL accept Personal Genealogy Databases & Personal Genealogy Record Archives other than FS?

Does the FH library embrace/support the donations of personal databases...ie using software like FamilyTreeMaker, RootsMagic, Legacy and so on? So something other than FamilySearch... If so, what is the policy and any requirements?

Also do you accept digital records so like a personal digital archive of records that may or may not support a database as such? Again, your policy and/or requirements.

Thanks!

Dan
