Clarence Wuthrich KWCJ-3J3 sealing to parents

Clarence Carl Wuthrich(KWCJ-3J3) was born to Friedrich Wuthrich (KWC8-KHB) and Martha Balmer Wuthrich (KWC8-KH1) in 1936. His parents were sealed as husband and wife in the Logan Temple on 18 Dec 1930; which would mean that Clarence was born in the covenant and there is no need to seal him to his parents. I believe that may be the same for his sister Evelyn also. Could you update Clarence to show this? Thank you
