Double check if an ordinance really hasn't been done?

The sealing of my father to his parents has showed up as 'temple ready', but my mother and I are pretty sure he has already been sealed to them. However we can't seem to find any documentation. He passed away in 2019. His father was not a member, and passed in 1971. His mother who was a member, was sealed to her husband in July 1972. My father was married/sealed to my mother in September 1972. My mother seems to remember that my father received his endowment at the same time as his mother - July 1972, but in FS it looks like he went through the temple for himself at the same time as his own marriage/sealing to my mother. Is there any way to double check the dates of his ordinances, and if he actually has been sealed to his parents?
