Ordinances do not show

My uncle is too elderly to take care of this himself, so he has asked that I represent him...the attached jpg file is a photo of the letter he signed stating this.
He wants his wife's ordinance work done so that when he passes, they can be sealed by proxy...his health will not allow him to attend the temple himself.
Please consider me as having "power of attorney", if you will, in this matter as his wishes dictate in the attached letter. I realize I'm not "direct" line, but he is giving me permission to act in his stead.
I understand the sensitive nature of the matter, but he wishes for the Church to make the necessary approvals to allow the proxy work to be done for his wife.
