I have a Grand Niece who researched and found a woman's name. The card was filled out and she was told she had a certain amount of time to do the baptism and confirmation. Nothing was done. She is young and her mother is no longer active in the church. I requested to do the remaining ordinances. The work has not been day and the deadline was in 2021. Our Logan Temple worker told me as long as she holds the ordinance card there is nothing you can do. M
My question is, if the deadline date for her to do it has passed why doesn't the card automatically go back into Temple records?
